Fire Inspections

Regular fire equipment inspection and maintenance is an integral part of ensuring the safety of your employees and your property. Our professional inspectors possess up-to-date knowledge of fire codes, common insurance requirements, and appropriate fire equipment applications. We do our best to perform all services with the least impact possible to your daily operations.  We provide excellent services for the following equipment:

Fire Extinguishers

We provide the annual fire extinguisher inspections according to NFPA 10, and the monthly inspections required by most insurance companies. In addition to the annual inspections, we will work with you to ensure that the regular maintenance items, such as 6yr rebuilds and hydrostatic testing, are completed and returned to you in a timely manner.

We service all types of fire extinguishers, including:

Sprinkler Systems

We provide annual and quarterly fire sprinkler inspections using the NFPA 25 guidelines and provide full reports to you and to the fire district overseeing your property. We inspect all types of sprinkler systems, including wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action, deluge and standpipe systems. We also perform fire pump and fire hydrant inspections, where required. Additionally, we perform an internal pipe and check valve inspection, required every 5 years.

If we find any deficiencies in your sprinkler system, we will work with you to get it repaired. If we cannot completely the repair ourselves, we have excellent relationships with many other local contractors who specialize in sprinkler repairs.

Emergency Lighting

We perform both annual and monthly inspections of emergency flood lights and lighted exit signs using NFPA 101 guidelines, ensuring that in the case of a power outage, you and your employees are able to safely exit your facilities. If any of your lighting does not pass inspection, whether it is a faulty battery, dead bulb, or a faulty charging system, we are able to repair or replace the fixture quickly and efficiently.

Fire Alarm and Monitoring Systems

We perform annual and quarterly fire alarm system inspections according to NFPA 72. This includes smoke, heat, and duct detectors; pull stations; and strobe and horn notification systems. We ensure that all signals reach the control panel and communicate with your alarm monitoring company.
